Answers about WordPress emergency support and recovery
Practical information about urgency, access, backups, malware, migrations, and free repairs when switching.
What does WordPress emergency support cover?
Complete outages, critical errors, hacks, and defects that block an important business process are given priority.
How quickly do you respond?
Requests can be submitted 24/7. Response time depends on urgency, availability, and the access required.
Do you make a backup first?
Where possible, we first create a restore point for the files and database before making changes.
Is free recovery when switching always possible?
No. We first assess the technical condition and then put in writing which initial repair will be free as part of the transfer.
Can you remove malware completely?
We investigate files, users, WordPress core, plugins, and other possible entry points. We are honest about when complete certainty is technically impossible.
Do you also transfer email?
Only if this is part of the agreed transfer. The website, DNS, and email are inventoried separately beforehand.
Can I send passwords?
No. Passwords and API keys should not be included in the form. If access is needed, we'll agree on a secure way to share it.
Do you work with existing developers?
Yes. We can coordinate technical findings and changes with the current developer or web designer.
