Act fast when your website goes down
An outage costs you visitors, revenue, and trust. We first safely identify what’s going wrong, then choose the shortest reliable route to recovery.
No blind trial and error
In an emergency, randomly disabling plugins or overwriting files is risky. We check error messages, server logs, recent changes, WordPress core, active plugins, and the theme, among other things.
- 500 errors, white screens, and the message “There has been a critical error on this website.”
- Stuck updates and maintenance mode
- Redirect loops and login problems
- Broken WooCommerce checkout, forms, or admin area

WordPress emergency support: FAQ
What should I do if my WordPress site suddenly goes offline?
Don't delete or overwrite anything. Note the exact error message, the time it occurred, and what changed just beforehand, such as an update, a new plugin, a migration, or a different PHP version. Then report it using the form or call 085-1304997.
What is the difference between a 500 error and a white screen?
A 500 error returns a general error message from the server. With a white screen, WordPress stops without displaying anything. Both often point to a PHP error in a plugin or theme, a memory limit, or a corrupted configuration. The server logs show what caused it.
Do you need access to my website?
Usually, yes, for diagnosis and recovery. We only ask for the access we need and agree on a secure way to share it. Never send passwords through the form or by email.
Can I request emergency support outside office hours?
Yes, requests can be submitted 24/7. Response times depend on the severity of the issue, availability, and the access required.
