WP Reparatie only processes data needed to assess your request, contact you and carry out agreed work.
Who processes the data?
WP Reparatie is a service provided by WP Provider. Questions about personal data can be sent to info@wpprovider.nl.
What data do we receive?
The form may be used to process your name, email address, phone number, website address, urgency, problem category and description. After submission, we store a restricted-access copy in WordPress and send a notification to info@wpprovider.nl.
What do we use it for?
To verify your identity and contact details, assess the technical issue, get in touch and prepare for any potential repair, migration or management process.
No passwords via the form
Never send passwords, API keys or other confidential information through the public form. If access is needed, we’ll agree on a suitable secure way to transfer it.
Cookie-free visitor statistics
We count how often pages are viewed, which website visitors come from, and how often the contact form is started. We don’t use cookies, store anything on your device, or retain IP addresses or other data that could identify you. We only see totals per day and per page.
Retention period and sharing
We keep data only as long as necessary to handle your request, meet legal obligations and provide any agreed services. We do not sell it. Hosting and email providers may process data when necessary for security and delivery.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. Email info@wpprovider.nl to do so.
